1. Strength of Character: This means that actions taken are done so in a manner in which we can all be proud. At times, doing what is right can be tough and it is at these times our strength of character will be fortified.
2. Maximum Personal Effort: Students, staff, parents and the community are expected to ensure their efforts are always demonstrating our full potential in working towards achieving student outcomes.
3. Calm and Reasonable: All interactions are done so in a manner that is predictable and with minimal visible emotion, always working towards a mutually agreeable solution that benefits our students.
4. Talk and move more quietly than the teacher can hear: A low volume maximises the opportunity for students to learn.
